EPL: Man Utd take decision on sacking Ten Hag before FA Cup final against City

EPL: Man Utd take decision on sacking Ten Hag before FA Cup final against City Published   on   May 7, 2024 By   Ifreke Inyang   Manchester United will not sack manager Erik ten Hag before the team faces Manchester City in the FA Cup final later this month, according to Mail Sport. The Red Devils suffered a humiliating 4-0 defeat at Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday night. The result has ramped up pressure on Ten Hag, with United fighting to qualify for any European competition next season. But it is understood that there are no plans to dismiss Ten Hag before they play City in the FA Cup final at Wembley on May 25. The belief is that nothing will be gained by removing Ten Hag with four games – three Premier League and the FA Cup final – still to be played before the end of the campaign.
